WHAT DOES KONJO MEAN?

It means beautiful.

Konjo means “beautiful” in Amharic, the language of Ethiopia.

It's more than a name. It's the idea behind how we approach our work: take something complicated, frustrating or time-consuming and find a better way through it. Whether we're completing a Utility Allowance Study, assessing future capital needs, collecting property data or building a smarter marketing strategy, the goal is the same: create a practical solution that makes the work a little easier.

Andy Reithel founded Konjo Solutions after more than two decades working alongside multifamily owners, management teams and industry partners across the country.

His career has given him a front-row view of the challenges property teams face—from compliance and utility allowances to capital planning, technology, leasing and marketing. It also taught him something important: the best solution isn't necessarily the most complicated one.

Konjo was built to bring that perspective directly to clients—combining industry experience, practical problem-solving and responsive support to help properties and portfolios move forward.
